City Sticker Forms

Click on both links to get the two forms you need ready for the city inspection to obtain your sticker.  City inspections are available on Monday thru Thursday from 8am-6pm by appointment and cost is $100 cash or check which is good for 3 years.  Police department phone number to call for an appointment is 907-747-3245.  Please make sure to bring your registration and proof of insurance.  Text or call me at 907-752-0052 for us to fill out the pre-inspection form for you.  Remember you must have the items on the pre-inspection form already done like registration, license plates and insurance before we come to inspect you.
